The next morning Sierra wakes completely confused by her dream from the night before. She puts it out of her mind as she quickly gets ready for work. As she is getting ready to walk out the door she sees the note sitting on the counter. She grabs it, placing it in her purse as she rushes out the door to work. The drive to work seems rather different to her today yet she doesn't understand how. Things seem no different yet somehow they are. As soon as she steps into works she is swamped with no breaks all morning. Finally lunch arrives and she closes her door to let everyone know not to disturb her. As she sits down in her chair she remembers Jason's note and pulls it out of her purse. She sits for a moment looking at it debating if she should call him or wait. She finally decides to call him and see where things go. As she dials his number she feels herself become nervous. With each ring her nerves become worse. Finally his answering machine picks up. "Sorry I can't come to the phone right now. Leave a message and I will get back to you. Thanks" As she hears the beep she suddenly doesn't know what to say. "Hi Jason, this is Sierra, we met last night at the party. I was just calling to see if you might want to go get a drink sometime. Feel free to call me back." She leaves her cell phone number and hangs up. Little does she know that Jason was actually standing by the phone listening to this strong woman with such nervousness in her voice. He smiles as he stands holding what appears to be a collar in his hand. "In time this one will be mine." He says to himself. Sierra returns to work slightly discouraged but soon forgets all about it as she gets back into the rush of work. For the rest of the day she hears nothing from Jason and by the time she get home that night she not only has forgotten but is too exhausted to even care. She showers and crawls into bed for a night of restlessness. Things continue on for a week without a single word from Jason. She soon figures that he has lost all interest in her. She shrugs him off as another player that found something younger and/or prettier. Until one day, about a week after her call, she receives a dozen orchids with a very simple note. "Be ready by 8 tonight. M.J." She looks at the card then to the flowers shocked. "M.J." She says out loud curious. She shrugs thinking maybe Jason is his middle name. The rest of the day appears to fly by for her. Seven-thirty finds her putting the final touches on her make-up and hair. Layed out on the bed is a silk, midnight blue, figure hugging dress. She gently steps in the silk dress and is stepping into her matching heels when she hears a knock at her door. She rushes to answer knowing that it could only be one person. She feels a large smile form as she opens the door to see Jason standing there with a single stem rose. He presents the rose to her as he admires how beautiful she looks. "You looks gorgeous." He says flashing her a sexy smile. She feels her cheeks glow as she looks at the floor. "Thank you." They stand silent for a moment as he stares at her craving for her to be his. "Patience Jason, ass in due time." He thinks to himself. "So are you ready to go?" He asks calmly. She nods reaching for her purse and coat. "Yes I am ready." He takes her coat and holds it up for her as he slides it up her arms he catches her scent and feels instantly addicted. He offers her his arm as they make their way to his car. He opens the car door for her and even helps her into the car. "What a gentleman." She thinks to herself as he gets in and starts it up. "So" she says smileing. "Where are we going?" He smiles slyly at her. "It's a surprise." She looks at him curiously but feels the excitement slowly building. They ride together quietly for a while the only sound heard is the soft purr of the engine. As she looks out the window she notices the big, beautiful houses they are driving past. They slowly make their way up a long drive which leads to a beautiful house that sits overlooking the other homes. She gasps as they approach the home and pull up out front. She quickly looks from the home to him then back to the home. "Welcome to my home." He says as he opens her door offering his hand to help her out of the car. She looks around in awe. "This is very beautiful. I have never seen anything like this." He smiles watching her as she looks around with almost cat-like reflexes trying to take in every little detail. The home is huge and seems like it has at least twenty rooms. She suddenly realizes that Jason is staring at her as she is staring at his gorgeous home. She begins to blush. "I'm sorry for staring, I have just never seen such a beautiful home." He smiles. "Well thank you. I am very proud of it. Shall we?" He says offering her his arm as he leads inside to the dining hall. "I thought that a nice, quiet evening would be nice since you are always rushing." She smiles thinking to herself how thoughtful this man is. As she takes a seat next to him she notes the elegance and sophistication of the decorations. She notices two or three rather large pet beds places against one wall but sees no other signs of any pets. She says nothing about it though simply putting it out of her mind. As they sit talking over dinner she begins to notice other things that seems out of place to her but she still doesn't mention them not wanting to be rude. The evening continues as they move to one of the many sitting rooms. As they are sitting on a rug in front of a huge, roaring fire, sipping wine she notices that he seems deep in thought. She leans over gently placing her hand on his. "Hey, whats going on in that mind of yours?" He shakes his head as if snapping out of a dream. "Hmm? Oh I'm sorry I was just daydreaming." He says as she flashes her a smiles knowing better than to to her what he was really thinking about or what he is. He knows that at first she will be angry and maybe insulted and this evening is too perfect to have it end that way but soon, very soon. She sits studying him in the light of the fire knowing there is more to this man and wondering what it could be that he is keeping from her. She thinks to herself. "It must be something very serious to him for him to hide it so well." He looks at her as he feels her studying him. "I'm not the only one deep in thought it would seem." He says smiling playfully as he chuckles at her sudden blush. Her eyes quickly shift to the fire as she sips her wine and feels his eyes locked on her. Oddly enough to her she feels content in the fact that his eyes are so intensly on her. He slowly moves close to her wrapping his arms around her shoulders leaning her back against his chest. He looks down at her neck and imagines a beautifully crafted collar upon it making her completely and totally his. He is determined about this one. There is no other like her in this world. He feels in his heart that he must have her for himself. She would be precious to him, his most prized possesion. As he is deep in his thoughts she lays against him watching the fire burning brightly. Her thoughts wondering as well but not anywhere the same place as his. Although her thoughts continue to drift back to the dream. For some reason she can not keep her mind off of it. A deep part of her desires for it to be lived out but she is frightened of what might happen but even more frightened that she might enjoy it as much if not more than in the dream. She suddenly blushes as the thought. Jason notices the blush but says nothing. Many would make an attempt to fill the quiet with some form of conversation because it would be awkward to them but for him the quiet is relaxing and somewhat comforting. He can feel her breathing becoming heavy as he smiles. Sierra feels him shift, she leans up and turns looking at him as the fire makes him seem almost unnatural but still extremely handsome and desirable. "Getting uncomfortable?" He shake his head slightly. "No just enjoying the company. I really do enjoy your company." He flashes a smile that makes her feel a stirring feeling that she has not felt in a very long time if ever. She smiles back at him as she glances at the clock behind him. "Oh my gooness, its getting very late. I really must get home." She says as she slowly begins to stand. He sighs softly as he stands and helps her to her feet. "Yes I suppose it is rather late." As they make their way to the front door she catches movement in the dining room that they had dined in. But when she turns her head no one is there. She shrugs it off as her imagination and doesn't say anything about it. As they reach the front door Sierra finds herself hoping that one day she will live a life like Jason lives,so rich and fulfulling.
