I have tried changing my profile pic numerous times, but it is not working, please help

You are doing it at 'change my profile picture'?
Make sure the picture you are trying to upload is not too big - about 240px320p and that it is jpg or png format. Sometimes it takes longer for new picture to show up.

I always forget to log out, clear the cookies/cache, then log in again.
