I can enter chat and use it. But when I click voice on or camera on a window pops up reading: "adobe flash player settings" and that mydungeonspace.com is trying to access my camera, but I can not click allow, though users can request to then view it and chat messages still are popping up...

Try going here:

Clear your flash cache, logout of MDS, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and see if it works.

Thanks so much, but later in the evening after I has posted this thread I managed to get it to work. For some reason I can not click the settings window, but I can tab through and select certain option with the up/down arrows and enter. There was a preview somewhere a bouts it that I found and toggled the preview and it went from black, to white, to myself.
I can't exactly explained what happened, but it worked.
^Figured I'd post what I did to fix it being as that every forum I found simply had the response "Nevermind, got it" with out saying how.....
