I thought it was kind of odd that my Bulletin area has been empty for a few days but that does happen occasionally until I went to post one this morning. I don't have an option anywhere (I even looked in oddball places) to post a bulletin. Are we losing this feature?

I just posted a test bulletin...scroll over at the top of the screen and hit bulletin..first go to your account page..
